Emphasising approachability and connection
On the lower level, a multi-purpose room can be easily configured into a guest suite with its own ensuite and wardrobe. A shared living, kitchen and dining spaces all convene and open generously to a spacious landscaped garden. A mudroom is conveniently placed to open up from the garage and flows through to a laundry and concealed butlers pantry.
A light touch
The upper level then sees two children’s bedrooms with walk-in-robes as well as a study nook and central bathroom. At the front of the home, is a huge master suite with expansive windows that allow a clear connection to the outside landscape. A second living area sits off the master bedroom, providing an ideal place for retreat and seclusion.
