At the beginning, your home exists entirely as an idea. You think creatively and imaginatively about what your future looks like, and how that translates to where you live. In our first meeting, we’ll chat to you about everything from your block and family requirements to your ultimate vision for your new home. All of this results in a comprehensive design brief that takes your lifestyle aspirations, motivations, and budget into consideration.
Once you’ve paid a deposit, you’ll meet with our architect who will begin to breathe life into your dream home. From your design brief, our architect will begin sketching your new home alongside concept floorplans for your review. We will also visit your block with you and undertake a full site and planning analysis, including surveying, and soil testing so we have as much information as possible when we provide you with an indicative cost.
We will provide you with an accurate pricing proposal that reflects the budget you outlined in your initial discussions. Your pricing proposal includes our findings from your site visit and your full specification, so you can be assured there’ll be no surprises.
Create a space that’s truly yours with renowned design studio, Coco Republic. Room by room, their design team will craft a bespoke solution that reflects your unique tastes and intrinsic home needs while ensuring your requirements fit within your budget. We will also coordinate appointments for appliances and fittings with our trusted partners.
Our team will prepare detailed working drawings of your home and update our pricing proposal to integrate the building and interiors package. We will arrange a meeting with you to go over your finishes, design and other services. While this is happening, we will also be working alongside our engineers to develop structural design and energy performance and prepare building contracts for your review. Once these are signed, we arrange all necessary approvals to ensure a seamless construction experience for you.
You can be assured that the Englehart team brings a tonne of expertise to the entire approval process. We have an intricate understanding of how the process works, as well as how different municipalities operate. We’ll manage the entire process while keeping you updated on the status of your project.
